Japan has been a place I have craved to visit for years, and at the end of last year my wife and I woke up one morning and decided to book the flights (we would figure the rest out later). This country blew my mind; from the public transport to the craftsmanship, this idea of ‘do one thing and do it well’ is embedded in everything you see. This was one of my favourite ever trips, and I am now trying to convince my wife to commit to a two-year cycle!
